Information on the right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for personalised books
Every MyStooory book is made individually and personally according to your information. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code): there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive.
That is why you can read your book completely and free of charge in the preview before buying and adjust every chapter. Only when everything is right do you complete the order, subject to payment.
Voluntary goodwill for defects
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Should a book arrive damaged or defective (e.g. printing errors, transport damage), simply contact us at support@mystooory.com — we will find a solution and send you a flawless replacement.
