Terms and conditions

This is an English translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding: AGB (German).

1. Scope & provider

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via mystooory.com. The provider is Alexander Wirth, Wilhelmsfelder Straße 109, 69118 Heidelberg (contact: support@mystooory.com). The offer is aimed at consumers.

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the ordering process (clicking the order button that is subject to payment and paying), you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email.

3. Personalisation

Every book is created individually based on your information. Before purchasing, you can check and adjust the content completely and free of charge in the preview. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information (names, texts, delivery address).

4. Prices & shipping

The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply. Printing and shipping are included in the price. Due to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is shown.

5. Payment

Payment is made via our payment service provider Stripe (including credit card, Apple Pay). The amount is due when the order is placed.

6. Delivery & delivery time

Your book is printed individually for you and then shipped. The delivery time is usually 6–9 working days within Germany. Differing or longer times may result from printing or shipping workload.

7. Right of withdrawal

Since every book is made individually according to your information, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code). You can find details in our information on the right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty & liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of a damaged or defective delivery, we will provide a replacement. For slightly negligent breaches of duty, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract; liability for intent, gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

9. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
